This flower doesn’t look much when you are walking in the forest. You are probably use to it. But then I took a close picture of it and WOW it beautiful!!! In my country they call it ‘Snake flower’ and in yours?
I really don’t know what this flower has to do with snakes, snakes aren’t pink right? š
That’s a lovely photograph of a Snake flower. By the way, it seems purple color isn’t it ? Snakes are slneither oink nor purple :p.

Stunning beautiful forest flower and stunning photo. I have tried looking it up and my guess is some sort of nettle or woundwort but I just couldn’t find a match…not in my British wildflower book. Still looking and thank you. Absolutely beautiful!

Hi Greta, nice capture. If you carefully look at them, you can see their shape is like when a snake rise it’s head to bite. I think that’s the reason for it’s name
